Saddle soap

Description

A mild soap used to clean and condition leather. Saddle soap is usually made with castile soap mixed with neat's-foot oil. One recipe for an early saddle soaps lists a mixture of palm oil, rosin and lye with small amounts of glycerin and beeswax.
