Description

Synthetic pigments prepared mixture of Barium sulfate co-precipitated with Cadmium sulfide. Also called cadmium barium red and cadmium barium yellow, these pigments were first used in 1926. Cadmopones provide a permanent color that has poorer hiding power and lower tinting strength than the pure cadmium sulfide pigments.
