Description

The percentage of light reflected by a given surface. The highest brightness value, 100%, is a brilliant white and 0% is black. Brightness measurements are used primarily for paper to indicate their reflectance (or perceived whiteness). Brightness is one attribute in the HSB (Hue, Saturation, Brightness) color model.
