Alexandrite glass

Description
A commercial name for a transparent colored glass sold by Thomas Webb & Sons in England in the late 19th century. Alexandrite glass was shaded yellow to rose to blue. Similar products were later sold under the same name by Stevens and Williams and by Nash Corp.
