Description
A coarse-grain, yellow-green marble with white flecks quarried near Tate, Georgia (Bucher 1996). Georgia green marble polishes to a high gloss and is used as a building stone. Another variety sold as Georgia Verde Antique is a dark green stone with lighter green veins.
