Summary

EEM 3D spectrum of Safflower on print by Kiyomasu II, Actor Ogino Izaburô I as Yamagami Gennai, Acting in the Aragoto Style with the Sumikazura Wig, MFA # 11.13297 Pt 5

Samples were analyzed with a Cary Eclipse fluorescence spectrometer (Agilent Technologies), which has a 15W xenon flash lamp source and spectra were collected for excitation wavelengths between 250-600 nm and emission wavelengths between 400-650nm at steps of 10 nm. Analyses were carried out with an external quartz fiber optic probe; WinFLR software was used for acquisition and data analysis.
