EEM 3D spectrum of an area on the print by Eisen, Minazuru-hime as Ono no Komachi and Benkei as Kisen Hôshi, from the series Characters from the Life of Ushiwaka as the Six Poetic Immortals, MFA # 11.25669 Pt 2
Samples were analyzed with a Cary Eclipse fluorescence spectrometer (Agilent Technologies), which has a 15W xenon flash lamp source and spectra were collected for excitation wavelengths between 250-600 nm and emission wavelengths between 400-650nm at steps of 10 nm. Analyses were carried out with an external quartz fiber optic probe; WinFLR software was used for acquisition and data analysis.
