Description

[IPS Corp.] Original brand name for a 2-component acrylic cement adhesive. An equivalent product, SciGrip 40, is made by the IPS Corporation. It is a low VOC adhesive primarily used for bonding thermoplastics and metals. Component A (base resin: 40-65% methyl methacrylate monomer is mixed with component B (catalyst /initiator: <15% benzoyl peroxide) in a ratio of 20:1.
