[Kuraray-Poval (formerly DuPont)] A registered trademark for a series of Polyvinyl alcohol emulsions. Elvanol® products are prepared in water solutions and are compatible with Starch and Carboxymethyl cellulose. When dried, they produce a water-resistant coating.
