Quaker oats card

Description

A cereal grain most commonly obtained from the Avena sativa plant. Oats are grown in temperate regions for both human and animal consumption. It is the only cereal grain that contains a globulin protein, avenalin, instead of the more commonly found glutens. The straw from oats has been used for hats, thatching, animal bedding, and paper.
