Description

A hard, decorative stone quarried near Luxullian in England. Luxullianite is primarily composed of Quartz and black Tourmaline mixed with large red Feldspar crystals (Lent 1925). Luxullianite was used for the sarcophagus of the Duke of Wellington in St. Paul's Cathedral, London.
