Bort

Description

Small, granular, poorly crystallized pieces of Diamond. Bort is a gray to black massive stone with numerous flaws, inclusions and impurities. It is primarily obtained from Congo (Kinasha). Bort is used used as in abrasive coatings for drill bits, grinding wheels, and polishing emulsions.
