Description
Colorless, columnar crystals. Hydroxylamine hydrochloride is used as a reducing agent in photography. It is also used as an antioxidant in some commercial products.

Hazards and Safety
Toxic by ingestion. Inhalation and contact with skin, eyes, and membranes are harmful. Decomposes with moisture to yield corrosive products and toxic fumes.
