Description
Colorless, columnar crystals. Hydroxylamine hydrochloride is used as a Reducing agent in photography. It is also used as an Antioxidant in some commercial products.

Risks
- Toxic by ingestion.
- Inhalation and contact with skin, eyes, and membranes are harmful.

Soluble in water, glycerol, propylene glycol. Insoluble in ether.
