Description
1) A viscous orange color liquid of cellulose xanthate. Viscose is made by treating Cellulose with Sodium hydroxide then adding Carbon disulfide. It is used in the manufacture of Viscose rayon and Cellophane.
2) Common name for Viscose rayon.
