ARC Antique

Arc’Antique is a regional laboratory active in conservation, restoration and research on cultural heritage, located in Nantes (France).

The team treats archaeological artefacts coming from terrestrial or submarine excavations, as well as cultural heritage artefacts left by preventive archaeology operators, museums, and cultural heritage departments of local authorities. The staff includes scientists, technicians and conservators-restorers.

The areas of intervention concern wooden and metal archaelogical objects, naval architecture objects, ceramics, glass, mosaics, organic materials...
