Description
A traditional Japanese gold brocade fabric. Kinran has various beautiful patterns embossed with gold thread. It is often used as a scroll mounting fabric for the two brocade borders, the inner enclosure), and a pair of decorative fabric strips. Kinran is roughly classified into low, middle, and high quality kinran (“hon-kinran”).
