Description

[Prismacolor, formerly Sanford Corp formerly Faber-Castell] A registered trademark for a white vinyl eraser. Magic Rub® erasers are composed of polyvinyl chloride with dioctyl phthalate plasticizer and calcium carbonate filler. Magic Rub® erasers produced a small number of white crumbs upon use (Estabrook, 1989). Surface pH measurement of the Magic Rub® erasers gave a slightly basic value of 8.81 (Estabrook, 1989).
