Metal film

Description

A thin coating or overlay that is applied to another surface usually out of plastic, paper or another metal. Metal films can be as thin as foils or as thick as sheets. They are used for support, protection and decoration. Thin metal film can be applied by electrodeposition, flame spraying or sputter coating.
