Description
[Union Carbide] A brand name for gaseous mixture of Ethylene oxide diluted with Carbon dioxide or Dichlorodifluoromethane. Oxyfume is a colorless, gas with an ether-like odor. It is used for sterilizing medical instruments and formerly for fumigating insects and pests.
