Description

A natural Copal resin obtained from the Agathis trees in Borneo. The hard, smelly resin is used in varnishes and adhesives.

Combustible, burning with a bright flame, dense smoke, and strong smell.

Physical and Chemical Properties

  • Soluble in oils and hydrocarbons.
