Zirconium tanning

Description

A tanning process that produces a white, water-resistant leather. Zirconium tanning uses a low pH (about 2) solution of zirconium salts (Zirconium sulfate, Zirconium chloride) to produce a firm, tight leather with low-shrinkage.
