Description

A filling cement historically used to repair china. Knockenplombe is prepared by mixing 1 part Thymol with 2 parts Iodoform at temperatures above 72C (162F). While the solution is hot, Bone ash is added to form a cement that sets to stone hardness at room temperatures (Savage, 1954).
