Description
Thin, flexible, often transparent, sheets on polymer. Plastic films are made from thermoplastic polymers. and are less than 0.022 cm 9 10 mils) in thickness. They are used for packaging, sealing, waterproofing and coatings other materials. Examples: Mylar®; saran, Shrink-wrap, Polyethylene, Polyvinyl chloride, polyester.
